Description

Presenting the Official Souvenir Program for the first Test of 1952-53 between Australia and South Africa.

It was produced by the Queensland Cricket Association and has much ‘Brisbane-centric’ features and advertisements.

The cover has faults and bends; the inside pages are good.

There is a team picture of the touring South Africans and a picture of Brisbane, which is described as ‘The Queen City of the North”.

It is mono throughout with some spot colour on the cover. I rate it a 5.5 out of 10.

There are details and pictures of the selected South African tourists from captain Jack Cheetham on.
