No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Selecting the wrong title or edition
- No longer wanting the item
- Finding the item cheaper elsewhere
- Not reading the product description carefully before purchasing
We encourage you to review product details, descriptions, and images thoroughly before completing your order. If you have any questions about a book prior to purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Damaged Goods
We will provide a refund for items that arrive damaged. To be eligible for a refund on a damaged item, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [insert contact email].
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged item, including any damage to the packaging.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the damage.
Once we have reviewed your claim and confirmed the damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Postage
If we request that a damaged item be returned to us as part of the refund process, return postage is at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
